Pack Your Items
Place the original items with all tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or any secure box, ensuring the package is properly sealed.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
